6. Installation

Installation guide:

Step 1:

To ensure proper installation, it is important to have a flat surface with no potholes. Additionally, the spacing between joists should be maintained at 30cm.

For the laying floor, it's important to use an impact drill to create holes for the plastic inflation tubes. The size of the holes should be approximately 7mm and it's crucial that the expansion pipe is not exposed. Once the hole has been created, carefully place the tube in the hole and ensure that it's secure. This will ensure that the floor laying is done properly and that the tubes can be easily accessed if needed in the future.

c. To fix the joists, use screws that are flush with the surface of the joists. Ensure that the screws are securely fastened to provide stability.

Step 2:

Before you can begin installing any other floors, you must first install the base, which is the first floor. Begin by fixing the first board onto the joist using screws. This will create a solid foundation which you can build upon as you continue with the installation process. Follow these steps carefully to ensure that your floors are level and secure. With each subsequent floor you install, you will be able to build higher and higher until your project is complete.

Step 3:

To secure each joist, either plastic or stainless clips can be used, with one clip per joist. These clips should be in a semi-loose state to allow for flexibility. To make it easier for stainless steel screws to access the clips, pre-drill holes on the clips before using the screws.

Step 4:

Insert the next floor after installed the clips.

Step 5:

To continue the installation process, the next piece of flooring should also be in a semi-loose condition after tightening the first clips. Then proceed to install the clips, following the same steps until the end of the installation. It is crucial to repeat these steps consistently to ensure a smooth and sturdy flooring finish. So, take your time and perfect each step along the way to achieve the desired results.

Step 6:

The last floor fixed with a stainless steel screw.

Step 7:

After complete the floor,cover the trim edge.

Notes:

1. As the WPC material itself have a relatively large density,in the position of using automatic screw.

2. For the covering of bend floor,after cutting the two ends of each piece of board which is according to the end of length and angle.

3. For covering the step floor,sun angle for the step proposed to use metal straps to protect.

4. Avoiding heavy collision when you use. In the process of material storage,transportation,installation,please note that proper handling and avoid damage.
